* Vendor FEE: $200.00 – (NON-refundable or Transferable)

* Payments: $50.00 non-refundable or transferable deposit due within 24-48 Hours of receipt of vendor  approval. $150.00 balance is due within 30 days of receipt of deposit or may result in cancellation. 
Vendor tables will not be secured until full payment is received.  Vendor Fees will increase by September 1st, 2022.

 

* In our open booth space we are providing table spaces only, with 2 chairs, and black linen covering.  The tables come in 6ft or 8ft by request and are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis.  Please be aware there are no dividers or pipe & drape

* Application submissions are not a guaranteed approval for any vendor. All applications are thoroughly reviewed and when approved, an email will be sent confirming approval along with a vendor kit, and vendor invoice requesting payment.
