VENDOR APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in becoming a featured vendor at the

2023 New Jersey Community Craft Experience vendor & craft show.

Saturday, October 28th, 2023 | 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Ukrainian Cultural Center, Somerset, NJ.


Please complete the below application for consideration.

  • Vendor Fee: The vendor fee is $85.00, and it is non-refundable and non-transferable
    Includes a 6ft table, 2 chairs, black table linen, promotional item for signature event bags, logo/company name placement on social media and printed materials.

  • Payment Schedule: Once you receive approval as a vendor, you have the choice to secure your spot through a two-part payment plan. Within 24-48 hours of approval, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required. The remaining balance of $35.00 must be paid within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeframe will result in cancellation.

  • Table Space: This event follows an open space concept, which means there are no pipe and drape dividers provided. The vendor booth includes one 6ft table space, two chairs, and black linen covering. Table spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Application Approval: Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee immediate vendor approval. Our team diligently evaluates all applications. If your application is approved, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance as a vendor, including a vendor kit and an invoice for payment. 

  • Application Deadline: Once the maximum capacity for vendor tables or the venue's capacity limit is reached, the application process will be closed, and we will no longer accept any new submissions.
